The LIU Brooklyn Library collects unique and rare materials from varied fields; the result is a significant source for primary and secondary research.

The Library Archives

All LIU affiliates and interested visitors can consult the special collections upon appointment. Please call the Special Collections Librarian to schedule an appointment or to talk about how the special collections can assist you in your research. Please note that some collections are not available for public access. Requests for images with either visual or textual content are considered on a case by case basis and staff availability.

Research Services and Fees: Each research request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, pending available staff and time. There is a fee for each image requested and the research service.
